Alyssa James

Alyssa is currently studying Exercise Science at NDSU. She plans to continue her education beyond her time at NDSU to become a Physical Therapist. When Alyssa is not consumed by her college coursework, she makes the time to align with her values, such as being with family and friends, enjoying nature, and trying new things. Prior to joining the team at Core Health, Alyssa was a practice member. With this experience she admired the close knit and welcoming environment within the Team @ Core Health. 

In May of 2025, Alyssa joined the Team @ Core Health to further expand her knowledge and understanding of the human body. Having been physically active her entire life, Alyssa is excited to better understand the true potential of how the body heals and functions, not only for her own well-being, but for the benefit of the individuals she serves!
