We compare the Core Score to a report card in school because it is your health score out of 100 -- and we LOVE setting achievable goals with you!

During your first two visits in our office you will have had your Core Score Neurological Assessment completed, met with the doctor and learned your best recommendations based on your scans and health history. Our goal as a team is to allow you to make the best decisions for care in our office!
